Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make the payment.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple courier attempts due to an unavailable recipient or an incorrect address, the order may be canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the issue.
